Markets dole out another beating to bank stocks after Citi deal

BOSTON (MarketWatch) -- Banking shares were once again in the market's crosshairs Friday, with Citigroup Inc. leading the latest decline after the company massively diluted common shareholders with a plan to convert preferred shares to common.
