Kyle brings a wealth of experience and a proven track record in the semiconductor industry, further strengthening Polar’s leadership team as the company expands its market presence.
Kyle Finleon joins Polar from CoorsTek, Inc., where he most recently served as the Senior Manager of Semiconductor Sales. During his tenure, Kyle successfully managed key accounts demonstrating exceptional leadership and strategic vision. His efforts led to a remarkable revenue growth from 2018 to 2022, underscoring his ability to drive business growth and cultivate strong customer relationships.
At Polar, Kyle will lead the semiconductor sales team, develop, and execute strategies to enhance their position in the market and drive revenue growth through innovative sales approaches. His extensive experience managing high-value accounts and his deep understanding of the semiconductor industry will be invaluable assets to the company as they continue to innovate, thrive, and deliver high-performance material solutions to their customers.

He has also held key positions at Entegris and Applied Materials, managing global supply chain projects and leading successful cross-functional teams.
In addition to his extensive industry experience, Kyle holds an MBA with a concentration in Finance and International Business from Syracuse University's Whitman School of Management. He is also a certified Project Management Professional (PMP) and has received multiple awards for his outstanding contributions to the companies he has served.
