Priority Tire Selected For USA Today's America's Best Customer Service 2026

With this in mind, USA Today has collaborated with Plant-A Insights Group, taking into consideration a variety of crucial metrics to deliver their findings and reveal a list of service providers as well as in-store and online companies in the U.S that provide the best customer service for 2026.

Priority Tire has landed a spot on USA Today's America's Best Customer Service list in 2026 for the 2nd consecutive year, securing its place as one of the 750 best-performing companies from 21,000 businesses considered for the review. The tire retailer became well-established within the "Automobile and Parts Stores" category for the "Online: Hardware, Electronics and Automobile" section. The company is one of the selected 250 online shops from the list.

To select the top of the cream, USA Today and Plant-A Insights Group interviewed more than 32,000 U.S. consumers, who shared their experiences with the businesses they have purchased from or contacted in the past three years, resulting in over 3.1 million U.S. company reviews. The data includes information from 67,000 customers from 2023 and 2024 studies to ensure consistent year-over-year performance, but they received a lower weight in return.

With over 99,000 respondents, the companies were evaluated based on seven service categories, simulating the customer journey. These include:

  • Professional Competence

  • Customer Service

  • Availability and Accessibility

  • Solution Speed

  • Solution Orientation

  • Transparency and Reliability
