As AI reshapes the economics of global staffing, Hyvid combines offshore talent with proprietary AI frameworks - shifting the model from wage arbitrage to intelligence arbitrage.
BRISBANE, AU / ACCESS Newswire / March 10, 2026 / The team behind Diversify Offshore Staffing, acquired by NYSE-listed HGS in 2022, have reunited to launch Hyvid, a next-generation workforce company built for the AI era.
Angela Vidler and Robert Hynes, who built Diversify into a multi-million-dollar global staffing business, have once again partnered with former Chief Operating Officer Yjez Batulan. Batulan returns as Co-Founder and COO, bringing 20 years of leadership in offshore operations to the new venture.
Together, the trio positions Hyvid not as a traditional outsourcing provider, but as a fundamentally new model for AI-integrated global teams - one Vidler has been vocal about well before Hyvid's founding.
"Traditional offshoring was built around wage arbitrage," said Angela Vidler, Co-Founder and Managing Director of Hyvid. "The next era is about intelligence arbitrage, combining global talent with AI to multiply output, not just reduce cost. That shift is already underway, and most businesses are not yet structured to capture it."
Hyvid provides dedicated professionals sourced from key global hubs including the Philippines, India, and Sri Lanka. Every team member is trained and equipped to work alongside role-specific AI from day one - embedded directly into the hiring, training, and management lifecycle rather than layered on top of legacy offshore models.
"We are building proprietary AI frameworks and orchestration infrastructure that operate inside real business workflows," Vidler said. "Long-term value isn't in the software, it's in how people and automation are designed to work together."
For Batulan, the reunion reflects a shared conviction that the global workforce model requires fundamental evolution.
"We've seen how offshore teams scale," Batulan said. "What has changed is the intelligence layer. Hyvid ensures every professional is AI-enabled, with structured oversight and measurable performance built in."
The launch also marks a personal milestone for Vidler, who spent three years after the Diversify sale focused on her recovery from breast cancer. She describes the timing of Hyvid as deliberate.
We're not launching another staffing company," she said. "We wanted to build what comes next. The companies redesigning their workforce strategy around AI right now aren't just cutting costs, they're building a structural advantage their competitors will spend years trying to catch."
Hyvid is headquartered in Brisbane and has commenced client onboarding this quarter, with an initial focus on mid-market Australian businesses looking to build or scale offshore teams across finance, marketing, IT, and operations functions.
