Vista Outdoor to Host Investor Day

The event for institutional investors and analysts will take place Oct. 19 at the Intercontinental New York Barclay in New York City.

Vista Outdoor Inc. (NYSE: VSTO), the parent company of 41 renowned brands that design, manufacture and market sporting and outdoor lifestyle products to consumers around the globe, will host an Investor Day for institutional investors and analysts. The event will be held on Thursday, Oct. 19, 2023, at the Intercontinental New York Barclay, with the presentation beginning at 9 a.m. (EDT).

Presenters include Vista Outdoor Interim CEO Gary McArthur, Sporting Products President and CEO Jason Vanderbrink, Outdoor Products CEO Eric Nyman, Vista Outdoor Interim CFO Andrew Keegan and leaders from several of the company’s business units.

In-person attendees must pre-register by emailing investor.relations@vistaoutdoor.com. On the day of the event, individuals may also access the webcast and related presentation materials from the Vista Outdoor website (https://vistaoutdoor.com). Choose “Investors” then “Events & Presentations.”

Separation Update

On May 5, 2022, Vista Outdoor announced that the company plans to separate its Outdoor Products and Sporting Products segments into two independent, publicly traded companies. The company expects to create these companies through a tax-free spin-off of its Outdoor Products segment to Vista Outdoor shareholders.

The company is on track to execute the separation in calendar 2023. The Form 10 has been publicly submitted to the Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC).
