Shiva Bharadwaj takes on the role of Operating Principal at CurrentWare, with responsibilities spanning growth, financial reporting, and operational execution. As part of Gulmohar’s CEO-in-Training (CIT) Program, a leadership development initiative, he will work closely with CEO David Leal and apply his background in finance and operations to support the company’s expansion and long-term success.
