Three new hires and a leadership promotion demonstrate commitment to advisors and their strategic growth
Bluespring Wealth Partners (Bluespring), a leading acquirer of both independent RIAs and hybrid wealth management firms, today announced the expansion of the company’s leadership talent to enhance engagement with partner firms around their strategic growth and ongoing practice management. This announcement follows a pair of deal closes throughout Q1, signaling strong momentum for Bluespring.
New to the leadership team is Graeme Lee, joining as Head of Strategic Growth, along with Jeremy Ransom and Jon Bartholomew, who have joined as Strategic Relationship Directors. Current team member Josh Bartholomew has been promoted to Head of Business Development. These organizational changes illustrate the company’s prioritization of strategic initiatives to support its community of advisors.
In his new role as Head of Strategic Growth, Graeme Lee will lead Bluespring’s organic growth strategy, advisor experience, and the integration of value-added services from across the Kestra ecosystem of companies.
Lee brings nearly 20 years of industry experience to Bluespring, demonstrating success in developing innovative strategies that enhance advisory asset growth. Most recently, he served as Senior Vice President and Strategic Wealth Business Line Owner at LPL Financial, where he co-launched Strategic Wealth. Prior, Lee spent eight years leading the Kestra Financial Business Consulting team, building and scaling the offering for top-performing advisors.
Joining Lee’s team are Strategic Relationship Directors Jeremy Ransom and Jon Bartholomew. In their roles, they will focus on delivering industry-leading practice management, fostering Bluespring’s community of elite wealth management firms, and serving as trusted partners to advisors. Ransom brings to his role 17 years of experience in operations, strategic planning and stakeholder management. Most recently, he was the Principal at Ransom Capital Ventures. Jon Bartholomew has over a decade of experience helping advisors build more efficient and scalable businesses, which positions him well to support Bluespring’s partners. Prior to joining the firm, Jon Bartholomew was a Regional Director in the National Accounts group at Dimensional Fund Advisors.
As newly appointed Head of Business Development, Josh Bartholomew will work closely with Bluespring’s President, Pradeep Jayaraman, to continue ramping up Independent RIA and hybrid wealth management acquisitions for Bluespring. He was previously the Vice President of Corporate Development at Bluespring.
