Sole Source Capital LLC, an industrial-focused private equity firm, today announced that its portfolio company, Peak Technologies, a leading system integrator in the Automatic Identification and Data Capture (“AIDC”) market, has acquired Automation Intelligence, LLC. The acquisition marks Sole Source Capital’s 18^th add-on acquisition for Peak Technologies since Sole Source acquired the company in 2021. Automation Intelligence enhances Peak Technologies’ portfolio with advanced robotics and machine vision solutions, further strengthening its industry-leading digital supply chain offerings. In a rapidly changing supply chain market environment, these additional capabilities – trusted by Fortune 500 companies and mid-market businesses – enable clients to operate more efficiently and respond more effectively to customer needs.
