Les Rechan, newly appointed CEO of MindBridge

Rechan succeeds Stephen DeWitt, who is departing after two years leading the company. The Board thanked DeWitt for his contributions during a period of significant growth and product development.

Rechan brings four decades of experience scaling enterprise software companies, with particular depth in the Ottawa technology ecosystem. He has held CEO, COO, and General Manager roles at Cognos, IBM Business Analytics, Halogen Software, Solace, among various others — companies that defined and led their respective enterprise software categories. He has led multiple SaaS transformations, integrated strategic acquisitions, and navigated complex go-to-market transitions across both global and growth-stage organizations.
