Irving, Texas - December 18, 2025 - Stigmare is once again mobilizing North Texas’ commercial construction and real estate community for its 4th annual holiday toy drive benefiting the Marine Corps Toys for Tots Foundation’s Irving, TX and Dallas County Campaign.
For the last four years, Stigmare, led by founder and chief strategist Steven Paul Matsumoto, has partnered with industry networking events to turn business gatherings into an easy way to give back. This year’s drive centers on two flagship events: the North Texas Commercial Construction and Real Estate Happy Hour, organized by Brian Hunt of USI Insurance, and the Contractors, Closers and Connections Dallas-Fort Chapters, led by Brad Brown of JLL.
All of the toys are donated by industry professionals who attend these November events. What began as a grassroots effort among colleagues has grown into an annual tradition for people who help shape local communities. In 2024, the two groups collected nearly 150 toys for local children; in 2025 they have already gathered 134 toys as of this release. Matsumoto has set an ambitious goal of collecting 200 toys this year and hopes to reach it by the Toys for Tots December 15 cut-off date.
“Toys for Tots has been, and always will be, one of our favorite ways to give back during the holidays! It is so special to play a part in making the holidays magical for children,” said Allison Day, Director of Business Development for Tom Day Company, a long-time supporter of the campaign.
“Toys for Tots has become a tradition for our holiday giveback campaign. Charities that help children are near and dear to our hearts,” said Brad Brown, Chapter President, Contractors, Closers and Connections Dallas.
Participants say the drive has become a highlight of the season. “We showed up with toys and left with full hearts — love giving a little holiday magic to the kiddos,” said Sameer Bham of Thivent Financial.
The Stigmare-led drive supports the Marine Corps Toys for Tots Foundation’s local Irving, TX and Dallas County Campaign, which works with community partners to ensure that donated toys reach children who might otherwise go without. By tapping into existing professional networks, the drive makes it simple for busy industry leaders to have a direct, local impact.
All involved are already looking ahead to 2026 and the 5th annual toy drive, with a vision of expanding participation and surpassing this year’s goal. Stigmare and its partners welcome additional community participation and encourage readers who want to support children in Irving and Dallas County to learn more about the local Toys for Tots campaign at https://arlington-tx.toysfortots.org.
