As luck would have it, he secures a new gig working for Edward Rivette, the Republican candidate running for governor of Connecticut. When Rivette also dies under unusual circumstances, it's up to Stew to indulge in some amateur sleuthing of his own and expose the real murderer. Will his 'investigations' pay off, or does a New York jail cell have his name on it?
