On February 10, 2026, Mattel reported fourth quarter full year 2025 results, including, a 1% year-over-year net sales decline, missing the Company’s prior guidance of 1% to 3% growth. On this news, Mattel’s stock price fell $5.26 per share, or 24.98%, to close at $15.90 per share on February 11, 2026.
