Dr. Ben Chang completed his Bachelor of Science in Biology at Texas A&M University and earned his medical degree from Texas Tech Paul L. Foster School of Medicine. He pursued his general psychiatry residency at Kaiser Permanente in California. As a member of the American Psychiatric Association and the Southern California Psychiatric Society, Dr. Chang brings a wealth of knowledge and experience to his practice.
With a cultural background as a Taiwanese-American, Dr. Chang uniquely understands the immigrant and minority experiences, allowing him to connect deeply with a diverse patient population. His practice emphasizes ethical and evidence-based approaches, prioritizing patient values and goals. Dr. Chang believes in the importance of humility and continuous growth, recognizing the profound impact his work has on others.
