Together with the Education Society of Singapore (ESS), the three parties announced the joint establishment of the Tianli Lida Curriculum Center.

The Tianli Lida Curriculum Center will focus on Chinese language and cultural studies, integrating Chinese education across the entire campus of Thepmitrsuksa School. The initiative aims to enhance Thai students’ linguistic abilities, deepen their understanding of Chinese culture, and broaden their international outlook.
The collaboration was initiated and coordinated by the Education Society of Singapore (ESS), a regional organization dedicated to advancing educational cooperation in Southeast Asia. With extensive experience in curriculum design, teacher training, and educational quality assurance, ESS will provide international management expertise and regional resource integration to ensure the academic rigor and long-term sustainability of the program.
Through this tri-national partnership, Tianli Education, Thepmitrsuksa School, and ESS will jointly promote:
• The development of Chinese Language and the Tianli Lida Curriculum (RCLC);
• HSK Chinese proficiency testing and Chinese university admission support;
• The promotion of Chinese language and culture education throughout Surat Thani Province;
• Student exchanges and study programs across China, Thailand, and Singapore;
• The integration of AI and future-focused learning within the curriculum.
Signing Ceremony: A Shared Vision for the Future of Education
The signing ceremony was held at Thepmitrsuksa School in Surat Thani, attended by representatives of the provincial government and education bureau, school chairman Father Yutthakarn, principal Mr. Chanchai, Mr. Marcus Lim, Chairman of the Education Society of Singapore, as well as distinguished guests and educators from across the region.
During the ceremony, Dr. Brown Feng Zhao, General Manager of Tianli International Education Division, delivered a keynote speech emphasizing the cultural and strategic significance of the partnership:
“This agreement is not merely a document; it marks a new beginning for educational collaboration between China and Thailand. Through the establishment of the Tianli Lida Curriculum Center, we hope to help Thai students learn the Chinese language, appreciate Chinese culture, and build pathways to global opportunities. Dr. Zhao also noted that Tianli Education hails from Chengdu, China — the hometown of the panda, a symbol of peace and friendship. “The panda represents harmony and connection, much like the spirit of this partnership — bringing together China, Thailand, and Singapore through mutual respect and educational innovation,” he added.
