According to prof Caroline Makaka

We are all from the same roots.

As we unite for a change to transform lives, we  have joined forces with experts from around the globe with a mission to make  people lead a better life and summon  their resilience and authenticity to stand for something. It serves as a directory from which one can draw from and access experts in a variety of fields. We have designed a concept to empower people by respecting and appreciating what makes them different, in terms of age, gender, ethnicity, religion, disability, sexual orientation, education, and national origin. We also cover all aspects of equality and inclusion in our communities & workplaces as well as bringing us all opportunities to learn from others , grow and create a safe, positive, and nurturing environment. Let’s empower each other as leaders to value our differences & encompass acceptance , respect and understanding that each individual is unique. We ought to be recognizing our individual differences to create a peaceful world.

In her own words,

“I am here on this planet to unite cultures, serve, love, support, shine and help others. Everyday I aim to help and change someone’s life. I have learned to dedicate my life to helping orphans, widows, single mothers and others who are going through struggles and bereavement in their lives. It’s time to bring all Nations together and achieve more.”

“I also created Ladies of All Nations International (LOANI), a global platform instrumental in creating opportunities for business collaboration, spreading knowledge and inciting ideas and thoughts that can create a new beautiful world, especially for women who need to strengthen themselves. One of our main goals at LOANI is to connect communities and encourage togetherness and provide people with skills to navigate and survive all sorts of challenges brought on by daily life”.

In fact, LOANI is not stopping; it carries on with help to those in need. Not only does it provide livelihood support, it also has teams of professionals, such as medical experts and lawyers who help members of LOANI in various aspects, so in a nutshell it has done so much across the globe.

The logic is being united under one roof for a great cause. We find that the strength of any society or the backbone of any community is embedded in women. At the same time, without a shadow of a doubt, children are the future. We at LOANI, therefore, find it imperative that we should focus on helping widows, single mothers, and orphans who struggle to make ends meet. By doing so we will be indirectly alleviating some problems but at the same time creating a bright future. We come together as women from various backgrounds, cultures, creed, nationalities, and races to join hands and work together towards alleviating difficulties and developing our communities. Not only do we support the underprivileged, we also highlight the importance of health and education, raise disease awareness, domestic abuse awareness, celebrating and supporting one another through our struggles and success.

In conclusion, Prof Caroline Makaka's actions speak volumes. She has contributed massively to make this world a better place for all through her dedication to the people and her union. She is an honourable person. Her greatness, impact and inclusive leadership was shared with the world.

Prof Caroline Makaka states, “l have learned to Lead by Example, someone who leads, inspires, and motivates others seeking to know the better version of herself. This helps me to build my positive growth and mindset while helping others to strive and reach greater heights. I do not give up easily.  In my vocabulary failure does not exist, only setbacks. Whenever I do not get what I want, I dust myself off and try again. We have had issues accumulating funds and project sponsorship, especially during this pandemic, but we never stop.  My mission statement is l Aim to achieve. Everything that l do l aim to achieve. I created Ladies of All Nations International (LOANI), a global platform creating opportunities for business collaboration, spreading knowledge, and inciting ideas and thoughts to create a new beautiful world, especially for women who need to strengthen themselves. We have charity events, educational seminars, and workshops to empower the impoverished, specifically in third world countries.

CHANGE STARTS WITH US! Becoming successful is sharing a vision. Remember to engage both people’s hearts and minds. As successful leaders we are always learning; change is constant.  If we are persistent enough, success will definitely come our way

Everyday l never stop learning.
