Ms. Odjaghian specializes in traumatic brain injuries that most often occur at the workplace.

Ms. Odjaghian has an impressive repertoire of prior roles including legal extern for the Honorable Judge Dickran Tevrizian of the U.S. District Court, Central District, where she gained knowledge in her profession and learned to negotiate complex multimillion-dollar settlements from her mentor. Her legal experience also consisted of a summer associate position for a reputable civil and insurance defense team. Furthermore, Ms. Odjaghian spent several years practicing employment defense law with an emphasis on workers compensation insurance defense before she opened her private practice.

As a prominent and respected Traumatic Brain Injury attorney, Ms. Odjaghian is recognized for her unique combination of medical expertise regarding brain injuries. She also has extensive experience in serious workers compensation, personal injury, and construction accidents.
