Inspired by the real-life experiences, the indie feature film is a cinematic treat that resonates with audiences of all ages. "The Send Off" lead actress Chanel Mone', one of the organization's success stories, stars as "Nya", a bright young woman (and shameless daddy's girl) navigating the complexities of life and finding her place in the world. As she prepares for the most memorable milestone of her high school journey – prom night – she learns about the power of love, family bonds, and strength within.
