The S&P 500, Dow Jones and Nasdaq 100 indices are trading at new all-time high prices, as is the Japanese Nikkei 225 Index, which has just broken the 30K mark after reported Japanese GDP showed a growth of 3%, higher than the anticipated 2.4%.
