Sen. Cotton: ‘It’s imperative’ Biden modernizes US nuclear forces while China grows nuclear arsenal

Sen. Tom Cotton, R-Ark., told "America Reports" on Thursday that "it’s imperative" for the Biden administration to modernize U.S. nuclear forces as China grows its nuclear arsenal in what the Senator calls a ‘race to reach a nuclear parity’ with America.
