Local startup files rezoning petition for first EV charging station in Charlotte

Local startup Koulomb plans to build an electric vehicle charging station on Nations Ford Road. It will be outfitted with 12 individual charging stalls that co-founder Justin Taylor said are twice as fast as Tesla Superchargers.
