Perspectives in Rare Metabolic Diseases”. The presentation will review Poxel’s molecule PXL770, which is a first-in-class direct adenosine monophosphate-activated protein kinase (AMPK) activator, focused on rare diseases treatment, including adrenoleukodystrophy (ALD) and autosomal dominant polycystic kidney disease (ADPKD).
