Odeon Capital Group LLC (“Odeon”), the New York-based independent Broker-Dealer, is thrilled to welcome Rosemary Sisson to lead its Capital Structure Research Group.

With over 20 years of experience in the High Yield/Special Situations research arena, Rosemary is an expert in analyzing and executing investment ideas throughout the corporate capital structure. She joins the talented team at Odeon from Cowen & Company, where she covered the retail, consumer, and general industrial sectors. She previously worked at CIBC World Markets, Guggenheim Securities, BNP Paribas, and UBS Investment Bank.

Under the guidance of capital markets veteran Neal Thomas, Odeon's Capital Structure Research Group is expanding its capital structure/credit solutions qualifications across both private and public markets and adding Rosemary to the team strengthens the firm's capabilities in idea generation and execution for its clients.
