Announcement of new Net Lease Principal Investments Platform – “SECURE PROPERTIES” – led by industry veteran Brian Mansouri

Net lease industry leader, Brian Mansouri, announces the launch and rebrand of net lease principal investments platform – “SECURE PROPERTIES” (“SECURE”) – where Mansouri will serve as Chief Investment Officer.

SECURE specializes in the investment, financing, and management of operationally essential, single-tenant, triple net-leased real estate throughout the United States. After aggregating a portfolio in partnership with its network of family offices and institutions, SECURE owns and manages over $1.4 billion in net lease assets across over 400 properties nationwide.

Prior to joining SECURE, Brian Mansouri served as Partner and Head of Net Lease at real estate private equity firm SomeraRoad. During his tenure at SomeraRoad, Mr. Mansouri was responsible for overseeing the company’s ~$1 billion net lease / income-producing platform. He previously served as Senior Vice President for AR Global Investments, where he helped oversee the company’s net lease-focused, publicly traded REITs.
