Vontier Announces New U.S. Headquarters for EV Software Leader Driivz in North Carolina

With a U.S. headquarters in Raleigh, and the addition of a Chief Product Officer, Driivz continues its expansion in the United States

Vontier Corporation (NYSE: VNT), a leading global provider of critical technologies and solutions to connect, manage and scale the mobility ecosystem, today announced that their portfolio company Driivz has established a U.S.-based headquarters in Raleigh, North Carolina, alongside Vontier. With operations in over 30 countries across North America, Europe and Asia, Driivz is a global EV charging software leader, currently managing 100,000 public chargers globally and enabling hundreds of millions of events — battery level checks, charger searches, charging statistics, payments and more — for millions of EV drivers.

The Raleigh headquarters will allow Driivz to better support the continued maturation of U.S. EV charging infrastructure alongside key industry partners. Recently promoted Chief Product Officer Oren Halevi will join the new U.S. headquarters to support Driivz’s ongoing expansion in the North American market. Driivz’s software for EV charging networks supports the future of electrified mobility and energy management nationwide and is in use by key global industry players such as EVgo, Shell, Circle K, Volvo Group, Mer, and Recharge, among others.

“We look forward to expanding our American footprint,” said Andrew Bennett, President and CEO of EVolve™, Vontier’s e-mobility portfolio that includes Driivz. “Bolstering charging networks and service providers with instant insight and end-to-end control is imperative. The expertise that Oren will bring to the Raleigh headquarters will allow us to better serve our North American partners with the urgency needed to meet the challenges of the domestic energy transition.”

Driivz’s establishment of a U.S. headquarters comes as North America reaches an inflection point in the energy transition. With 2024 marking the third year of the Joint Office of Energy and Transportation’s National Electric Vehicle Infrastructure (NEVI) Program aimed towards building a “backbone” of high-speed EV chargers along America’s major roads, freeways, and interstates with $5 billion in federal funding — Driivz will continue to invest its talent and resources to accelerate electrification across the region.

“The U.S. EV industry has a unique opportunity to draw from overseas partners and experts to expand public charging infrastructure. The establishment of our U.S. headquarters provides a physical home base for sharing the decades of lessons learned that Driivz has accumulated from our work across two continents,” said Halevi. “We look forward to bringing our world-leading solutions to our U.S. customers as U.S. e-mobility continues to evolve.”
