(“Ashmore Agency” or the “Company”). Terms of the deal were not disclosed.

Founded in 1984 by Elizabeth “Beth” Ashmore and her husband Will Ashmore, and headquartered in Lubbock, Texas, Ashmore Agency is a general agency providing employee benefits consulting. Elizabeth “Beth” Ashmore, co-owner of Ashmore Agency, will continue to support the Company as a consultant.
