Digital.ai Welcomes Nicholas Grabowski as Chief Product Officer

Twenty-five-year technology executive and product innovator will play a strategic role in helping large enterprises innovate with confidence through AI-powered software delivery, driving growth for the Company

Digital.ai, the only AI-powered software delivery platform for the enterprise, today welcomed Nicholas Grabowski as its new Chief Product Officer (CPO). In his new role, Grabowski will accelerate AI-led innovation for Digital.ai’s platform across key internal teams, including product management, product marketing, product design, and analyst relations.

As a former senior technical executive at a Fortune 200 company, Grabowski has a record of driving results, optimizing resources, and improving ROI outcomes across the software delivery lifecycle. As CEO of Flow Inc., Grabowski designed the Data Room investor product and helped the business restructure by increasing revenues and reducing monthly burn. As CTO of Forge Global, he launched the Private Market Data product, resulting in a $2B IPO. At SharesPost, Grabowski built the broker tech platform, resulting in a $170M acquisition. He also designed and built the underlying technology that enabled Ebates.com to sell to Rakuten for $1B.
