Princeton, NJ - October 29, 2025 - Unity Global Care Inc. (Unity) today announced that Paolo Narciso, Ph.D., a veteran healthcare innovator and technology executive, will join its Executive Leadership Team as President, Global Consumer Health and Wellness Solutions, effective November 3.
In this role, Dr. Narciso will lead strategy, product, partnerships, and go-to-market for ALBERTai Consumer Health and Wellness vertical - Unity’s AI-driven consumer platform designed for aging adults, family caregivers, and families.
Dr. Narciso brings deep experience across AgeTech, consumer digital health, and caregiver solutions, with a record of building evidence-based, technology-enabled programs that scale. He will help accelerate Unity’s roadmap to deliver personalized, predictive insights - powered by AI, Machine Learning, and Neural Networks - that support independent living and reduce caregiver burden.
