RALEIGH, NC - Lillian’s List, the only North Carolina organization dedicated to recruiting, training, and electing pro-choice, progressive women to office, announces its slate of endorsed candidates for the North Carolina General Assembly in November 2026. Since its founding in 1997, the organization has helped elect more than 100 women to the NCGA.
This latest group of endorsements includes candidates running for legislative office who have demonstrated a strong commitment to protecting reproductive freedom, expanding access to affordable healthcare, strengthening public education, and advancing policies that support women and families. With the autocratic threats to democracy and the lack of basic functionality in Raleigh, the November 2026 election will be a crucial opportunity to elect women who will fight for the needs of working families.
“Now more than ever, we need bold, principled women leaders who are ready to fight for our rights and our futures,” said Tiffany Reynolds-Richardson, Executive Director of Lillian’s LIst. “These candidates understand what’s at stake and are prepared to lead with much-needed courage and clarity in North Carolina.”
Some notable endorsed incumbent candidates are:

Since its founding in 1997, Lillian's List has played a critical role in shaping North Carolina's political landscape. With reproductive rights and democratic institutions under increasing threat, the organization remains focused on mobilizing voters and empowering candidates who will strengthen our democracy and protect our hard-won rights.
“We at Lillian’s List believe that these candidates are the pathway to Democratic victory in November,” said Tiffany Reynolds-Richarson. “This slate of bold, principled women is ready to take power back in Raleigh.”
