This linguistic bias can create real barriers for BPOs, where customer service agents frequently communicate in accented English that differs from the customer’s native dialect.
As such, in line with their commitment to delivering seamless, high-quality customer experiences, TTEC is actively seeking call center professionals with an authentic US accent in order to ensure that their customers feel understood and supported.
