Haverhill Estates Marks Pulte Homes' Latest Georgia Expansion

By: PRLog

ATLANTA - Sept. 12, 2024 - PRLog -- Set to open to the public in October 2024, Haverhill Estates marks Pulte Homes' newest addition to the Gwinnett County landscape. The community will boast 81 homesites on 46 acres in Dacula and five innovatively designed two-story home designs from which to choose. Homes in Haverhill Estates will showcase interior living spaces of 2,809 to 3,922 square feet, including 4-6 bedrooms and 2.5-4.5 bathrooms. Two model homes – featuring the Fraizer and Liston floor plans – are currently under construction with plans to open to the public soon, showcasing professionally designed interiors.

"Given our recent success at the closed-out Haverhill Farms and the skyrocketing popularity of the East Gwinnett area, we have very high hopes for homebuyers' response to Haverhill Estates," said Chad Plunkett, Georgia Division President for PulteGroup – the parent company of Pulte Homes. "While they appeal to slightly different target audiences, the neighboring communities share more than just a name. A walking trail will connect both neighborhoods, and Haverhill Estates homeowners can enjoy the already-established Haverhill Farms amenity center, which includes a pool, cabana, and playground. More than that, Haverhill Estates homeowners will benefit from the warm sense of community that Haverhill Farms established when it opened in 2019."

Plunkett highlighted the Dacula-Bethlehem area's appeal surrounding Haverhill Estates. Residents will benefit from easy access to Highway 316 and I-85, the shops and restaurants of Barrow Crossing, and Bethlehem's scenic Greenway Trail. Families with school-aged children will be districted to highly revered Gwinnett County Public Schools, including Harbins Elementary, McConnell Middle, and Archer High School. Nearby parks like Fort Yargo, Tribble Mill, and Harbins offer a network of trails, baseball complex, football fields, multiple playgrounds, pavilions, a dog park, equestrian amenities, and a river channel just four miles from Haverhill Estates. The area is experiencing new growth, notably the 2,000-acre Rowen "knowledge community," which will feature retail, residential, and research spaces, emphasizing green preservation and potentially creating 80,000 jobs at full buildout.

Of course, one of the strongest allures of Haverhill Estates will be the quality of its homes, all expertly designed and crafted by Pulte Homes. Behind each brick-front exterior, homebuyers will find open-concept designs, flexible options, insightfully designed features, and a variety of gathering spaces – both indoors and out. Several available plans offer a three-car garage option, with one plan – the Dempsey – offering it as a standard feature. When it comes to design, homebuyers at Haverhill Estates will have three designer-curated interior selection packages from which to choose.
